Return Policy

After you receive your apron or product from us, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately!  We aim to make sure all of our customers are happy with their apron experience.  We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests and provide a solution to any issue you may have.  Our hope is that all experiences with our company will be pleasurable. 


On any apron/product without personalization, you can return your order within 10 days after receipt as long as the product is in original condition (not used or washed) with its original packaging/tags.  We don’t want you to get stuck with an apron that you don’t like!


On our personalized aprons, we are unable to accept returns.  If you are looking to place a larger order for personalized aprons, it’s best to first order one sample to confirm everything looks perfect before proceeding with a larger order.  Lastly, if you purchased blank items from us and then altered them yourselves (screenprint, embroidered, or laundered), these items are also not returnable.


With that said, if you do happen to be one of those rare individuals who may need us to go that extra mile for you with a return, we are happy to do so.  Below you will find the information you need to return your aprons to us.
